As a practice we are no longer providing a full travel clinic, and you will need to attend a reputable travel clinic for full and correct advice for the county that you are visiting.

As part of the NHS provision the practice can provide Hepatitis A, Typhoid, polio, and other UK scheduled vaccines. Please fill in the Travel Assessment Form and book a routine appointment with the practice nurse for the NHS vaccines.
